Obverse Type: No inscription. In centre, Heraclius with moustache and long beard, on right Heraclius Constantine, beardless, on left Heraclonas much smaller. Each wears chlamys and holds globus cruciger in right hand. Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine wear crowns with crosses, which often assume the form of trefoils. A cross is in field, left, above the head of Heraclonas, who wears a cap without cross.
